Join a dynamic team to excel in the field of manufacturing engineering and drive innovation in semiconductor production. As a senior process equipment engineer, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
This challenging role requires a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for leading and participating in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities, validating and implementing new process baselines, and training and guiding technicians.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Leading teams to resolve equipment and assembly process-related problems through failure analysis and FMEA methodologies
- Coordinating and executing process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and implementing changes at process steps
- Validating and fan-out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools, and/or materials for new product introduction
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical/mechatronics/electrical and electronics engineering, with experience in or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies. Leadership experience and potential are essential, along with experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting and knowledge in AI/scripting.
