Job Overview
The company is undertaking a transformation to implement new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems. A key component of this includes a change management program to support employees in adopting new systems and processes.
We seek a strong transformation professional to lead the planning, management, and execution of change activities in partnership with external consultants. This role is ideal for someone passionate about process optimization and system implementation, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external consultants, internal process owners, and stakeholders to support effective change execution.
- Participate in business blueprint sessions to understand change intent and business process impact.
- Review change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses prepared by the consultant.
- Design and deliver targeted communications to internal stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Assist in training material development and coordination where needed.
- Document change methodology, key learning points, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong strategic and tactical communication planning and execution skills.
- Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in process transformation.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individual.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, environment.
- Creative and digitally savvy – experience in designing communication materials or using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or intranet platforms.
