Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business blueprint sessions to understand change intent and business process impact.
  • Review change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses prepared by the consultant.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications to internal stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization.
  • Assist in training material development and coordination where needed.
  • Document change methodology, key learning points, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic and tactical communication planning and execution skills.
  • Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in process transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individual.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, environment.
  • Creative and digitally savvy – experience in designing communication materials or using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or intranet platforms.
