**Your Role and Responsibilities**
**Short Description**
Lead a cross-functional team to define a wholistic workplace experience strategy for Kyndryl, and drive execution of solutions and transformation in support of that strategy.

- Position Kyndryl as Client 0 for Digital Workplace Services
**Key Stakeholder Relationships**
- RDC, CIO, HR, CH&S, Marketing, Finance, Communications
- Kyndryl practices, countries, and CICs
- DWS team
**Key Accountabilities**
- Define vision and strategy for Kyndryl’s workplace experience, aligned with the overall strategy and key plays
- Provide program structure and governance for cross-functional transformation in support of the defined strategy
- Ensure comprehensive change management and communications associated with transformation efforts
- Position Kyndryl as client 0 for DWS

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

**Program management**
- Usage of requisite tools of program management i.e. MPP, Excel, PPT, estimation tools, financial tools to gauge profitability of the program, etc
- Understands essential parts of program management i.e. Planning, periodic meeting management, task allocation and monitoring, using escalation when needed, risk management, change management, working towards sign off of key project milestones, etc
- Ability to contextualise program objectives in business sense, as well have a high level technology appreciation of the solution. (Essentially, ability to adapt, if not having specific experience in the industry domain or the technology solution)
- Ability to manage range of stakeholders (CX levels to developer roles)
- Negotiation skills and the ability to work towards desired outcomes
- Communication skills balance, being assertive when needed.

**Required Education**
Bachelor's Degree
