Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing core components of the messaging platform, including instant messaging (IM) systems, email, SMS, and push notifications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java programming and experience with commonly used middleware such as MQ, RPC frameworks, caching, and databases. Strong knowledge of microservices and distributed system architecture and principles is also essential.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Designing, developing, and optimizing core components of the messaging platform.
  2. Continuously improving the architecture and performance of the messaging infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and low latency.
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in production environments, ensuring system robustness and reliability.
  4. Collaborating closely with product managers, QA engineers, and SREs to deliver high-quality features and solutions.
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computing.
  • Solid foundation in Java programming, with in-depth understanding of JVM tuning, I/O, multithreading, concurrency frameworks, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with commonly used middleware such as MQ, RPC frameworks, caching, and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices and distributed system architecture and principles.
  • Clear logic, fast learner, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
