Messaging Services Senior Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing Microsoft Teams, supporting end users, configuring and managing Direct Routing, troubleshooting issues, and performing change management activities such as adding features, configurations, and security enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, engineer, test, and implement secure infrastructures.
  • Document platform standards and provide technical support and training to team members.
  • Act as a resource for escalation issues, gather business requirements, provide updates to leadership, and handle high-severity issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, MS calling plan, Direct routing, Operator connect, and intermediate knowledge of IP Telephony.
  • Familiarity with server and networking principles in an enterprise environment.
