We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our team of cleaners across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaners to ensure high standards of work performance.
  • Develop and implement daily work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cleaners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Motivate staff to maintain high standards of work performance and quality.
Operational Duties:
  • Clean all areas according to contract requirements, including toilets, offices, common areas, external grounds, etc.
  • Conduct regular inspections to check the quality of cleaning and ensure all areas meet hygiene standards.
  • Maintain and operate cleaning machines and equipment properly.
  • Manage stock of cleaning materials and request replenishment when necessary.
Inspection & Reporting:
  • Conduct daily/weekly inspections of work areas to identify any defects, damages, or safety hazards.
  • Record inspection results and report any issues to management for prompt action.
  • Provide feedback to management on manpower, equipment, and materials needed to improve operations.
  • Prepare incident or accident reports as required.
Customer Service:
  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients/building management to handle feedback, complaints, and special requests.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc cleaning assignments, including events, emergencies, and deep cleaning.
Health & Safety:
  • Ensure cleaners follow workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings/safety briefings to educate cleaners on safe practices.
  • Report accidents and enforce safe use of chemicals and equipment.
Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and timesheets to maintain accurate records.
  • Submit performance reports and site updates to management for review and action.
  • Assist in recruitment, orientation, and evaluation of new cleaners to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
