Key Job Responsibilities
Create value by fostering impactful partnerships with content creators.

This role encompasses the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting new talent to negotiating deals and ensuring their long-term success on our platform.

Duties and Expectations:
  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with content creators, agencies, and distributors.
  • Develop and manage creator relationships through onboarding, joint marketing efforts, reporting, and ongoing partnership expansion.
  • Analyze partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support creator success and ensure partnerships align with company objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, social strategies, and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Help refine and scale our creator recruitment strategy, processes, and reporting.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer partnerships, affiliate management, business development, or creator/influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, close, and manage creator or affiliate partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with content creators.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for supporting digital businesses.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
