About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing field service activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for placing customer purchase orders onto relevant systems, planning and daily management of service engineers' work schedules, and ensuring that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with Team Managers.
You will also support and input complex/non-standard quotations for Field Service in order to meet company/divisional targets, ensure timely control of order backlog and credit queries, administer Performance Agreements closely with service sales, and monitor special tools, certifications, and vaccinations etc.
Key Responsibilities:Place customer purchase orders onto relevant systems.
Plan and manage service engineers' work schedules.
Manage engineers' further actions/leads from service reports.
E nsure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with Team Managers.
Support and input complex/non-standard quotations for Field Service.
E nsure timely control of order backlog and credit queries.
Administer Performance Agreements closely with service sales.
Monitor special tools, certifications, and vaccinations etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least a Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years' working experience in a service coordination, technical support, or operations role.
Proficiency in using IT tools, MS365 environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems and processes for job tracking, inventory, and invoicing.
Familiarity with mechanical drawings for general arrangements, assembly, and schematic drawings.
Familiarity with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower regulations for service staff deployment and compliance.
Strong proficiency in English. Proficiency in additional local languages such as Malay or Chinese language is an added advantage.
Familiarity with MNC standards for compliance, sustainability, and customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
