Lead Volunteer Coordinator
We are seeking a seasoned professional to build and implement strategies for engaging volunteers from the community in population health work.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to engage a robust network of volunteers.
- Collaborate with partners to foster strong relationships and drive health promotion activities.
- Lead a team in recruiting, managing, and deploying volunteers to suitable activities.
- Design and deliver training programs for volunteers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Design and implement new programs to support health promotion and community care initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, accompanied by at least 8 years of experience in volunteer management, preferably in healthcare.
- Critical thinking and strategic planning skills, coupled with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
- Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills.
- Able to foster collaboration and buy-in from team members and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in strategic planning and/or program development is advantageous.
