Network Development Lead

Job Summary:

The Network Development Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for building a network of volunteers who can support population health work.

This role involves leading the development of a volunteer program with community partners, recruiting and managing volunteers, and deploying them to suitable activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for building a network of volunteers to support population health work.
  • Lead in developing a volunteer program with community partners to support health promotion activities.
  • Manage a team responsible for recruiting, managing, and deploying volunteers to suitable activities.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training for volunteers.
  • Develop and implement new programs for volunteers to support health promotion and community care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of experience in volunteer management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning and/or program development would be an advantage.
