We are seeking an exceptional Research Fellow to contribute to our innovative medical image analysis research. Our team is dedicated to advancing AI in medicine and improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge technologies.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop foundation models for medical image analysis, focusing on MRI, CT, X-ray, and endoscopy. They will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the developed AI models are accurate, safe, interpretable, clinically applicable, and ethically deployed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on foundation models for medical image analysis.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models using deep learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, medical researchers, and AI experts to address data scarcity, class imbalance, and domain shift in machine learning.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for addressing these challenges.
  • Supervise and mentor undergraduate and PhD students, as well as junior research staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field from a prestigious institution.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in developing deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Research experience in medical image analysis using deep learning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with top-tier AI and medical image analysis conferences and journals.
