Medical Imaging Engineer: A Key Role in Healthcare TechnologyWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Engineer to join our team at a leading healthcare technology provider.This critical role involves providing technical support to customers regarding medical imaging systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to customer problems.The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 1 year of related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory/medical imaging product, and excellent communication skills.A key responsibility of the Medical Imaging Engineer is to ensure that medical imaging systems operate correctly and efficiently. This requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.The successful candidate will also be able to commit to standby and travel as required by the business.In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by helping to improve healthcare outcomes.Key Responsibilities:• Provide technical support to customers regarding medical imaging systems.• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with medical imaging equipment.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to customer problems.• Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and technical manuals.• Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of medical imaging systems.• Assist in the installation and configuration of medical imaging equipment.• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.Minimum Requirements:• Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.• At least 1 year related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory/medical imaging product is a plus.• Able to commit standby and travel if required.
