Senior Device Engineer for Advanced Memory Technologies

Design innovative technologies for next-generation memory and storage solutions.

As a senior NAND CMOS Device Engineer, you will be part of a high-performance team driving technology advancements in the field. Your role involves developing device technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define transistor targets, deliver transistor models, and optimize critical layout constrained Design Rules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing advanced logic transistor technologies
  • Collaborating with TCAD simulation group to develop strategies for transistor structures
  • Defining electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design rule verification, and process monitoring
  • Ensuring transistor models are correctly targeted to anticipate final silicon performance

Requirements:

  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years industry experience in CMOS device design, simulation, characterization
  • Experience in developing Analog FETs operating at higher Voltages

Preferred qualifications include experience in High Voltage applications, reliability, characterization, device development, understanding of analog design concepts, good presentation skills, and excellent team and mentoring skills.
