Senior Engineer for Advanced Device Technology

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in developing advanced NAND CMOS device technology. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for setting the direction for current and future CMOS technology.
- You will work closely with the Design Team to set electrical targets and define transistor structures to meet these targets.
- You will guide the device technology development and ensure that the developed technology is manufacturable and highly yielding.
- You will craft and implement our NAND-CMOS roadmap and align it with product roadmaps.
Main Responsibilities
- Define transistor targets and deliver transistor models.
- Optimize critical layout constrained Design Rules.
- Work with TCAD simulation group to develop strategies for transistor structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 plus years industry experience in the field of CMOS device design, simulation, characterization.
- Experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the field of High Voltage applications, reliability, characterization, device development.
- Understanding of analog design concepts.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent team and mentoring skills.
