About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Group Procurement with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance program management, risk mitigation, and team leadership.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Job Description
As an Insurance Program Optimization Lead at The Edge Partnership, your primary responsibility will be to optimize our insurance programs to improve coverage and reduce costs. This will involve:
- Liaising with business units to gather information and coordinate renewal of general line and financial line insurance programs;
- Working with brokers to provide risk mitigation advice to operation teams;
- Monitoring claim status and assisting local operation teams in major claim settlement;
- Developing a database of insurance cost indexes across markets;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business administration, economics, or finance;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry;
- CIP certification (advantageous);
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
- Prudent and good team player attitude;
