Leading Project Director for Construction Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects across Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
  • Build and lead high-performing project teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations, ensure regular communication, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership in dispute resolution and contract negotiation.
  • Report progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 years at the director or management level.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects across Singapore.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with an ability to drive project profitability.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
