Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team by fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

This key position requires an individual who can effectively manage customer expectations, ensure timely delivery of services, and drive sales activities forward.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Presales teams to develop and modify quotations for customers in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist the Sales Team in handling incoming email sales inquiries and tracking their status.
  • Serve as a liaison between external solution providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless sales-related activities.

Foster a proactive approach in supporting tender submissions by compiling costs and preparing quotations, while also assisting the Sales Team with commercial queries during tender clarification.

Contribute to reviewing and managing all sales and tender-related agreements, including mutual non-disclosure, partnership, scope of work, and customer agreements.

Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to contribute to the development of overall sales strategies and objectives.
