Job Summary:

As a Key Architectural Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects. Your key responsibilities include ensuring that architectural drawings and construction drawings are thoroughly checked for discrepancies and reported to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Checking and Quality Control: Perform meticulous checks between architectural drawings and construction drawings to identify inconsistencies and highlight them to the Project Manager.
  • Liaising with Subcontractors: Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with design specifications and industry regulations.
  • Progress Meetings: Attend regular progress meetings to assist the Project Manager in addressing technical and drawing-related issues.
  • Architectural Submissions: Monitor and supervise architectural submissions to guarantee smooth and timely delivery according to site progress.
  • Design Discrepancies: Coordinate with the site team and consultants to resolve design discrepancies and issues effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct thorough site inspections to verify that works conform to drawing specifications.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

  • Qualifications: A degree in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience working with a main construction firm.
  • Skills: Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, meticulous approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
