Job Title: Project Management Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to oversee the planning and execution of construction projects. This role involves working closely with project managers to manage schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate day-to-day activities for construction projects.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including work orders, site plans, and permits, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Logistics and Resource Management: Assist in procuring materials, scheduling equipment, and coordinating with suppliers to avoid project delays.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve project delivery.
  • On-Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality execution.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: Diploma in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, is required. Familiarity with construction safety guidelines and risk management procedures is also necessary.
  • Other Requirements: Possession of a valid driving license, strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English, and having CSCPM certification will be an added advantage.
