As a Technical Officer, you will be responsible for managing MEICA engineering tasks under the supervision of the CRE/PM. Your duties will include reviewing and interpreting ICA scope, BIM models, specifications, and drawings related to all ICA work. You will also be responsible for adhering to established plans, procedures, workflows, systems, and tools for the supervision of CWRP. Additionally, you will collaborate with the BIM model for ICA and other MEICA projects, provide regular technical updates to the Engineering Manager and CRE regarding any issues, and work closely with Project Managers to address technical and engineering challenges for each contract.

Furthermore, you will enforce adherence to specifications and industry codes of practice, stay informed about the progress of ICA work and upcoming activities by reviewing contractor notices, monitoring WhatsApp group updates, and communicating with Resident Engineers. You will also ensure all inspection documentation meets local authorities' requirements and project standards, verify that safety, environmental standards, and risks are properly addressed during submittal reviews, and monitor compliance during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Other responsibilities include providing technical assistance and input on contract-related matters, coordinating relevant technical issues with Resident Engineers of other disciplines, ensuring the engineering, inspection, and testing functions are adequate for all contracts, and maintaining consistent quality standards and compliance with design plans and specifications across all contracts.
