At INTERCONSULTANTS PTE LTD, we are seeking a skilled Technical Officer Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of schematic design drawings for client review and approval.
- Assist in preparing schematic design drawings for client review and approval.
- Prepare drawings for various stages and tender drawings.
- Assist in submissions to relevant government authorities.
- Undertake other tasks as required by the Project Architect in coordinating technical matters.
- Monitor the progress of drafting works for various projects, check and monitor the status of competent authorities' submissions and compliance.
- Prepare necessary forms, calculations, letters, and documents.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates may apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop.
- BIM working knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
