The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer development, and acquisition in your assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage revenue and shipment growth through up-selling and cross-selling tactics to exceed assigned targets.
• Develop a personal sales plan to achieve business growth through new business acquisition and growing share of wallet within the existing client base.
• Combine sales skills with knowledge of our products and services to convert prospect leads into active customers.
• Continuously strengthen knowledge on our services and commercial awareness to provide excellent customer service and maximize contribution to the sales function.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
