Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through exceptional customer service and sales maximization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Perform sales activities and sales associate duties with a focus on meeting sales quotas.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when necessary.
  • Perform cashiering duties with integrity and honesty.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with receiving shipments and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information and market trends.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience in retail sales with a strong track record of sales growth.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Be proactive and highly customer-centric with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sales systems and ability to use technology to enhance sales performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer service delivery.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum secondary education with preferably 3 years of sales experience.
