Job Title: Dedicated Cleaner Required

We are seeking a diligent cleaner to contribute to providing children with the best possible start in life.

  • Ensure all areas including classrooms, common spaces, offices and toilets are kept clean at all times.
  • Clean and maintain cubbies, storage areas and entrance doors as well as windows and other equipment.
  • Regularly disinfect tables, chairs and other apparatus.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap and cleaning materials as needed.
  • Dispose of waste and ensure bins are cleared and sanitized on a daily basis.
  • Comply with relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations as stipulated by ECDA/NEA guidelines.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting in the kitchen with tasks such as bringing food to classrooms for meals and washing children's utensils after snacks.

  • Prior experience as a cleaner preferably in a preschool, childcare centre, healthcare or hospitality environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must be physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment and tasks.
  • Responsible and reliable individual committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices training will be provided.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a preschool environment with children and staff.
