Ideal Candidate Sought for Biopharmaceutical Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Operations Engineer to join our team. As an MES Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining work instructions for electronic batch records within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing MES in biopharmaceutical operations, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical skills.
- Develop and maintain work instructions for electronic batch records within MES
- Review and test Process Instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Configure and manage SAP master data to support MES integration
- Conduct gap assessments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
- Author and revise Process SOPs in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and operational standards
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure seamless execution of processes.
Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of working experience in hands-on experience in MES implementation in biopharmaceutical operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Great team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to major pharmaceutical companies in the industry
