Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Biopharmaceutical MES Operations Specialist to provide on-site support for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining work instructions for electronic batch records within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

  • Develop and maintain work instructions for electronic batch records within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Review and test process instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Configure and manage SAP master data to support MES integration, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Conduct gap assessments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, streamlining production processes.
  • Revised Process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including automation, quality assurance, and manufacturing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in MES implementation in biopharmaceutical operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • A strong team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
