We are seeking an experienced DeltaV C&Q Lead to join a large-scale project team. This role focuses on the execution of functional testing for DeltaV-controlled biopharmaceutical process systems.
This role is crucial for the timely development and execution of C&Q tasks within the project.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute functional testing on DeltaV for process systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within DeltaV Control Studio.
  • Develop, execute, and close out C&Q protocols, ensuring traceability to user requirements, often utilizing platforms like Kneat.
  • Collaborate with various project disciplines (e.g., automation, engineering, end-users) and ensure alignment with compliance and quality teams.
  • Report and escalate issues related to documentation, execution timelines, and unresolved technical challenges.
Required Qualifications And Skills
  • Degree in Engineering (M.Sc./B.Sc.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of C&Q DeltaV execution experience.
  • Proficient in DeltaV, with strong troubleshooting skills in DeltaV Control Studio.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements and equipment commissioning/qualification.
  • Proficiency in C&Q document preparation and execution using platforms like Kneat.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
