Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Head will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's recruitment needs. This includes employer branding activities, employee referral programs, and utilizing HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools to source and assess candidates for open positions.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Developing and executing talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Designing and conducting selection processes, reviewing applications and background checks, and identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Creating and implementing employee satisfaction evaluations, workshops, and retention measures.
  • Leading and supervising the recruiting team, utilizing various sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Attending relevant events to attract talent and promote the company's employer brand.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a TA Manager or similar HR role in BPO or bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding techniques, and selection methods.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Recruitment Marketing tools, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, coupled with knowledge of HR law.
