Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, collaborating with the sales team on pre-sales inquiries, and conducting product testing to deepen our understanding of our products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance to our customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Support the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries, including product demonstrations and technical discussions.
  • Conduct thorough product testing to better understand our products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for both internal staff and customers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Perform professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claims.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong teamwork skills, fast learner, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in CCTV, door access, and solar products is advantageous.

  • 5 days work week (9:00-18:00, Mon-Fri).
