We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Childcare Professional.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, preferably in a before and after school care setting. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement activities that cater to the needs of children aged 5-6 years old.
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.
- A minimum of a Student Care Centre (Early Years) Certificate.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proven skills in classroom management, lesson preparation, activity planning, teamwork, and coordination.
- A patient, caring, and passionate personality with a love for children.
