Education Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an Education Specialist role. This is a six-month position within our education department where you will be responsible for assisting the unit manager with various tasks related to student life.

You will support the provision of student wellbeing and care services, as well as maintain statistical reports for management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any discipline and experience in student care or support roles within institutions of higher learning is an advantage.

The successful applicant will possess strong time management skills, be able to work independently and take initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a positive impact on our team.

This role involves assisting the unit manager with matters relating to student life, supporting provision of student wellbeing and care services, maintaining statistical reports for Management, and performing other ad hoc support required by the unit manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in student care or support roles within institutions of higher learning is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management skills; able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
