Lead Quality Manager

Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of quality expectations and responsibilities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, facilities or estates management or equivalent.
- Relevant training in quality management systems (QMS), ISO requirements and their application.
- Experience in auditing or quality management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
