Overview:
As a CareNights Program Manager, you will oversee and supervise children enrolled in the after-school program on weekday evenings from 5pm to 10pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily activities of the children during the program hours
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in the program
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement engaging activities and events for the children
- Maintain accurate records and reports of program activities and child progress
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
