Role Overview

This leadership position involves supervising a team, ensuring the well-being of children, and building relationships with parents and schools.

  • Supervise and guide staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a safe, positive environment that prioritizes children's needs.
  • Develop trust and maintain good rapport with stakeholders.
  • Handle compliance, safety, reporting, and logistics effectively.

Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Community Services or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years' experience in a related field, including some supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong management, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Valid First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
