Job Title: Senior Manager - System Architecture and Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our System Architecture and Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end security activities of our integrated e-payment system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project works requiring substantial technical contribution
  • Support security solutioning, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Monitor and maintain the security health of the Automatic Fare Collection system
  • Manage the analysis and resolution of security issues and incidents related to the Automatic Fare Collection system
  • Perform security configuration and security compliance monitoring of the Automatic Fare Collection system
  • Perform vulnerability assessments to identify possible weaknesses in the system
  • Assist in remediation and resolution of issues found
  • Perform risk analysis on the AFC system and apply appropriate measures to minimize the risk in a cost-effective manner
  • Monitor and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of security findings on the Automatic Fare Collection system
  • Monitor the Automatic Fare Collection system for anomalous activities and provide necessary investigation and response
  • Deploy security fixes and patches to the Automatic Fare Collection system to resolve vulnerabilities
  • Integrate new projects' security solutions into existing security implementation
  • Disseminate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement the security advisories on the Automatic Fare Collection system
  • Participate in Automatic Fare Collection system projects and provide inputs on new security technologies as well as review technical implementations and processes in ensuring that proper security controls are in place
  • Develop new and update the existing security policies, standards, and guidelines for the Automatic Fare Collection system
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Engineering with at least 5 years relevant experience in IT security
  • Good knowledge and professional experience in implementing in one or more of the following domains: System Security, Security Operations, and Security Intelligence/SIEM
  • Experience in the design and deployment of technology and solutions in Identify and Access Management; Application and Data security; Infrastructure and Endpoint; and Security Intelligence/SIEM in Government Commercial Cloud will be an advantage
  • Proven ability to plan and execute workload in a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps. Experience in DevSecOps will be an advantage
  • A team player with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
