Job Title: Global Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and onboard suppliers from global markets to meet business needs, ensuring the best possible pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Develop and manage contracts with suppliers, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Supplier Management: Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and onboarding processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate supply chain disruptions, geopolitical risks, and market changes to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and relationship management abilities, and a keen eye for market trends are essential. The ability to work with suppliers from diverse countries and cultures is also required.
