Faculty Operations Manager

The Faculty Administration role is a critical support function within the department, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage administrative tasks and oversee general operations.
This position involves a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Collecting and processing student materials, such as diplomas and attendance records;
- Preparing and distributing important documents, including staff lunch schedules and maintenance logs;
- Providing logistical support for special events and projects;
- Assisting with data entry and reporting requirements;
- Coordinating with faculty members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.
Required Qualifications and Skills- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years' working experience preferably in Education Industry;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
- Good planning and organisation skills;
- Work independently with minimum supervision;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Digitally savvy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
