**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Crewing and Fleet Support Specialist to join our team at PSA Marine Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the timely application, renewal, and cancellation of certificates and documents for new and existing vessels.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Fleet-wide initiatives aimed at fostering internal and external stakeholder engagement.

In addition, you will coordinate staff communications, cohesion activities, events, and ceremonies to promote a positive organisational culture. You will also develop creative publicity and communications strategies to showcase staff achievements, new initiatives, and projects across various media platforms.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business, Business Administration, Maritime Business, Logistics or Supply Chain, and minimum 2 years of working experience in the maritime and/or logistics industry. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely application, renewal, and cancellation of certificates and documents
