Job Title: Marine Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, tracking performance and forecasting to gain insights into market trends.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in sales and marketing within the Marine or Offshore sector. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities are essential, along with proficiency in computer applications and knowledge in digital marketing and social media tools.

Below are the key responsibilities of this role:

  1. Manage daily sales operations, tracking performance and forecasting to gain insights into market trends
  2. Take full accountability for achieving or surpassing sales goals
  3. Promote and market newbuild projects for small to mid-sized vessels
  4. Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  5. Prepare quotations and manage content on the sales platform
  6. Engage prospective clients, present company offerings, and pursue new business opportunities


To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in sales and marketing within the Marine or Offshore sector
