Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Career Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone enquiries and email communications with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare quotations and arrange for import/export shipments.
  • Perform basic accounting tasks such as issuing cheques and invoices, and data entry.
  • Support administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
  • No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. However, candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a similar field are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) is essential.
  • A pleasant personality with initiative, flexibility, and excellent teamwork skills is required.
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are desirable, particularly for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
