Seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Photocopier Technician. This role involves installing, setting up, and maintaining photocopier machines and connectivity at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and set up photocopier machines and connectivity at customer locations.
- Diagnose and repair equipment both on-site and off-site.
- Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
- Manage tool kits, spare parts, and supplies responsibly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and adjustments on photocopiers.
- Provide excellent support by responding to customer needs promptly.
- Submit meter readings on time.
- Train and advise customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Interact professionally with all customers.
- Build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
- GCE O-Level or higher qualification.
- Valid driving license for site servicing.
- Experience in repairing/service of copier machines is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic PC and network knowledge is a plus.
