This job is part of the Senior Management Associate Scheme (SMAS) which aims to support organisational growth and development in Community Care organisations by recruiting suitable managerial and leadership talents.
The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of managerial/leadership experience and should not have adverse reference checks. They must also be offered a baseline salary of at least $6,000/month. Additionally, they must not have been funded under SMAS previously through any community care organisation.
