Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our student care centre. As a Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the centre, leading and mentoring a team of teachers to ensure that our after-school program is conducted in line with our framework, guidelines, and philosophy.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader who enjoys working with children and supporting teacher growth. They will have strong organisational and people management skills, and the ability to inspire students to be the best version of themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the student care centre
- Lead and mentor a team of teachers
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication
- Manage staff scheduling, coordination and evaluation
- Guide primary school children during homework supervision and enrichment programmes
- Plan and coordinate daily programmes, holiday camps, and special events
- Ensure safety, discipline, and a positive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
