Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Overseas Collaboration (ORC) - IPP Scheme, including collaborations with overseas universities and industry partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service to handle all inquiries and matters related to the ORC-IPP scheme
  • Ensure that all applications are reviewed and compliant with the respective MOE-approved agreement under the scheme
  • Coordinate and liaise with schools and central offices on the admission of applicants under the scheme
  • Resolve administrative issues in line with University policies and guidelines
  • Compile, process, and analyse admission data on the scheme for regular and up-to-date reporting
  • Manage and handle all student matters related to the scheme
  • Support in planning and organising outreach events

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the tertiary education sector
  • Strong proficiency in speaking Mandarin
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application software
  • People-oriented and a team player
