Soft Service Management Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to oversee daily operations of soft services and food service functions, ensuring highest standards of service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage soft services and food service teams, providing leadership, training and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to meet client requirements and KPIs
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with services provided
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize service delivery and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Soft Service Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or facilities management industry
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality service
  • Strong operational and project management skills, with ability to plan, coordinate and monitor multiple tasks and activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in use of relevant software and technology to support service delivery and reporting
  • Committed to continuous improvement and driven to achieve results
