Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Volunteer Management Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit and retain dedicated volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive volunteer recruitment and retention plans.
  • Oversee the end-to-end volunteer administration process, including registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and facilitate volunteer training sessions and engagement activities.
  • Plan and manage logistics for volunteer events and programs.
  • Promote volunteer initiatives through effective reporting, proposals, and submissions.
  • Maintain and update the volunteer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review and update volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to reflect best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are necessary to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet concurrent deadlines is vital.
