Job Title:
Client Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full set of client accounts, including AP, staff claims, cash flow and bank transfers
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly bank reconciliations, revaluation, GST filing, and audit schedules
  • Support month-end and year-end closings, including reports, schedules, and financial analysis
  • Assist with year-end audits
  • Assist in preparation and submission of corporate tax statutory reports
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:
  • At least Diploma / Degree holder in Finance / Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years related working experiences in Accounting
  • Preferably with experience with Microsoft BC365 and/or logistics/warehousing business
  • Able to work independently, a team player and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable in handling high volume work in fast paced environment
  • Detailed and meticulous
