Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to student leaders in their roles as Hall Council ExCo members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with faculty-in-residence, residential mentors, and student organizations to design and deliver engaging programs that align with NTU's 3Cs graduate attributes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with stakeholders to implement changes and enhance the overall residential experience.
  • Assist in planning and executing large-scale events, such as the RE Carnival, to promote a sense of community and campus spirit.
  • Analyze data and feedback from various sources to inform program development and make recommendations for future initiatives.
