Agricultural Sales Professional

We are seeking a Product Specialist to support key dealers and customers by showcasing expertise in assigned product lines.
This is a field-based position that involves driving the value proposition into the market from a regional perspective.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of agricultural product experience, specifically in direct customer agriculture equipment sales support.
- Key responsibilities include planning, managing, and presenting value propositions to dealers and customers.
- Engaging in dealer and customer demonstrations, field days, training events, dealer meetings, and customer visits in the assigned territory will be essential to achieve retail unit objectives.
- Serving as the marketing product expert for HHP Tractors & Crop Production products to various teams within the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of agricultural product experience
- Demonstrated expertise in assigned product lines

About the PositionThis is a field-based position that requires up to 75% travel.
The annual salary range is $80,000 to $108,000, with additional bonuses based on performance and qualifications.
