Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Agricultural Research Professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, horticulture, or plant science and at least 3 years of relevant experience in crop research, cultivation, or nursery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement agricultural research projects, including organizing, setting up, and maintaining controlled or field-based research trials.
  • Take measurements and collect data on vegetable growth and development at the end of trials and collate data for further analysis.
  • Assist in maintaining experimental records and contribute to reporting of research findings.
  • Support general upkeep of experimental plots or controlled environment systems as required.
  • Support operations, including routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting any issues encountered on-site.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in crop research, cultivation, or nursery operations.
  • Keen interest in agriculture R&D and sustainable food production.
  • Comfortable with hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Willingness to work occasionally beyond regular hours to support research timelines.
  • Basic understanding of plant trials, data collection, and farm operations.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with digital tools or basic AI applications is an added advantage.
